
Using the case of Gisèle Pelicot, the
ordinary identity of sex offenders is brought
to light. Based on research by the British
newspaper The Guardian, I photographed
locations in her village and surroundings,
which where accompanied with texts
about the perpetrators. Locations where
the perpetrators lived, worked and
plotted the unimaginable. Places where
everyday life and the unfathomable collide.
