Using the case of Gisèle Pelicot, the

ordinary identity of sex offenders is brought

to light. Based on research by the British

newspaper The Guardian, I photographed

locations in her village and surroundings,

which where accompanied with texts

about the perpetrators. Locations where

the perpetrators lived, worked and

plotted the unimaginable. Places where

everyday life and the unfathomable collide.
